1. Agreement
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, approving a quote, or purchasing from 3DPrintLab LLC, you agree to these Terms and any written quote, invoice, scope, or policy incorporated into your order. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
2. Project inquiries and orders
A website inquiry is a request for review, not an acceptance, contract, reservation, or guarantee of price or schedule. An order begins only after 3DPrintLab accepts the scope and the required payment is received. Quotes may expire on the date shown. Changes to approved requirements may change price, lead time, or feasibility.
3. Customer-supplied content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, image, model, drawing, name, link, and other material you supply, and that our authorized use will not violate another party’s rights. You grant 3DPrintLab a limited license to reproduce, modify, manufacture, and process that content only as reasonably needed to evaluate and complete your project.
You are responsible for claims arising from content or instructions you provide. 3DPrintLab retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, know-how, product architecture, and general design elements. Ownership or licensing of project-specific design files will be stated in the quote or written agreement.
4. Engineering and professional-services notice
3DPrintLab is engineer-led and uses engineering methods in design, development, prototyping, and fabrication. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise and the work is performed under a properly licensed Professional Engineer, 3DPrintLab does not provide professional engineering services requiring a PE license, sealed drawings, code certification, regulatory approval, or an independent safety certification.
Concepts, prototypes, calculations, CAD models, and fabricated parts are not automatically approved for structural, life-safety, medical, aerospace, automotive, pressure-containing, electrical-code, food-contact, or other regulated or safety-critical use. The customer is responsible for identifying applicable requirements and obtaining qualified testing, validation, certification, and professional approval before such use.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, or use our work for an unlawful purpose. Website text, images, branding, and original content are owned by 3DPrintLab or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without written authorization.
6. Third-party platforms and links
NFC and QR products may direct users to third-party services such as Google, Instagram, TikTok, booking systems, payment pages, or customer websites. Those services control their availability, policies, compatibility, accounts, content, and changes. 3DPrintLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms merely because a product links to them.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Except for written product warranties in our Sales Policy, the website and preliminary information are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. 3DPrintLab does not promise uninterrupted website or third-party-platform operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DPrintLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from the website or a product. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Governing law and disputes
Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, proceedings will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas.
